Program Introduction
The Chuandong River Waterfall lies on the Weng'an River north of Weng'an County seat, a natural cave waterfall formed by typical karst landforms. Its most unique feature is a natural horizontal cave hidden behind the waterfall, creating the extraordinary scene of "one walking under the water, the water flowing over the head". When traversing the cave, through its three giant window-like openings, you can see the water curtain shifting—gathering and dispersing, thickening and thinning. During the summer rainy season, the 50-meter-wide water curtain plunges down, often forming a spectacular rainbow in the sunlight.

Safety tips
The ground inside Water Curtain Cave is slippery. Walk slowly and watch your step. Exercise extra caution during the rainy season when water levels are high. If the stream surges or the water turns murky, move away from the riverbed and evacuate to higher ground immediately.
