Scenic Area Overview
Tianhe Pool, located on the outskirts of Guiyang, is a natural wonder featuring a mix of mountains, waters, caves, pools, and waterfalls, hailed as a miniature of the unparalleled landscapes in central Guizhou. It condenses the best of Guizhou's karst landscapes within a few square kilometers, a living multi-dimensional geological textbook. The scenic area is divided into "water caves" and "dry caves" for exploration. Take a boat into the deep water caves to see the variously shaped stalactites; stroll through the "Yinhe Palace" dry cave as if traversing an underground labyrinth. What astounds visitors most is the Tianshengqiao Waterfall at the exit of the scenic area, plunging dozes of meters from the bridge arch with tremendous momentum.
