Service Fee Explanation

Based on the aforementioned platform costs and partner service fees, Piaoniu charges a platform service fee not exceeding 5% of the ticket price (with a maximum cap of 400 RMB). The platform service fee collected by Piaoniu primarily covers the following: 1. Development and maintenance costs for PiaoNiu's online platform and software systems. 2. Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment service providers such as Alipay and WeChat Pay. 3. Ticket delivery fees charged by logistics companies (e.g., for physical tickets). 4. Customer service costs and communication channel expenses (e.g., SMS, phone). 5. Operational and management costs associated with providing ticket purchase protection services to users. 6. Other essential service and personnel costs required to fulfill user orders.
