Nayong Chicken with Fragrant Sauce

Nayong County is located in the northwest of Guizhou Province and the southeast of Bijie Prefecture, facing Dafang County across the river. The county is named after the Nayong River to its south, also embodying the wish for prosperity and harmony among its people. It borders Zhijin and Liuzhi to the southeast, Shuicheng District of Liupanshui City to the southwest, Bijie and Hezhang to the northwest, and Dafang to the northeast. The county spans 56 kilometers east to west and 48 kilometers north to south, covering a total area of 2,452.32 square kilometers.
